Thumb Slugs????????????
« on: April 23, 2008, 08:09:53 AM »
I know what they are, etc. never used them in the past. Now, with temperature change, thumbholes on some equipment causing me to hang up, etc. for an inconsistent release. Not all balls, just 2 of 4. All sized the same, same pitches, etc. Would I be better going to slug to keep consistent feel and fit in different cored balls? Do all at once, or try on the 2 and see what happens?
Also don't use grips, "old school" fingertip drilling. Pitches on thumb are 1/4 reverse, 1/8 Away (left) - Right Handed. Any comments or suggestions welcome.
