I see bowlingball.com on eBay...

is going up on shipping again.  They are charging $20.95 now.  It seems they raise their shipping a buck every 6 months or so...rediculous.

I understand their charging a flat rate; I understand their raising their rates because UPS has increased theirs,
BUT
$21 for shipping is insane, unless the final auction price is like $30 for a premium ball. I will be bidding on VERY few of their balls in the future.

That said, they have been very good in the past; they included $1 in refund when I was overcharged. Although they admit they cannot guarantee pin and top weights, they have met every ball I won on Ebay from them except one.

Two weeks ago, I shipped a ball to CT. UPS charged me $21.60. This was a residential delivery, which is a small charge. I am sure that volume shippers get a discount.

With packaging and handling,I can see why shipping is so high. There are people to pay to prepare the package for shipping.
