www.photobucket.com is one I know of....there are tons though.

Go to google and search "photo hosting" you will get a ton of sites.  You shouldn't have to pay for a simple upload, so don't

It is pretty simple to do once you get to the site, they will help walk you through it.

You have to sign up with an online service like Photobucket, upload your photo, then provide a link to the photo on their site.  When you have the picture ready, click the small globe like icon that says "insert hyperlink" just above the text box, then paste your Photobucket link between the http:// symbols.
