Harry Potter Bowling Balls

I am a huge Harry Potter fan, though the movies almost make me ashamed to admit it. I've been hoping that clear Harry Potter Bowling Balls would hit the market after all the hype that the movies and especially book releases have produced, but thus far I've been gravely disappointed. I guess maybe most bowlers aren't in to Harry Potter as much as non-bowlers? At any rate I'm sure that none of the bowling ball companies would want to sound vulgar by marketing "Harry" Balls. Not only in jest, but if they ever do if someone would pm or e-mail me at sadboywaiting@gmail.com I'd appreciate it.

If you can guarantee them that there will be enough interest, suggest the idea to Brunswick for their Viz-a-balls.

They probably will not give away the rights - too expensive, and the target group might be too small (or HP fans and bowlers do not overlap much?).

I was really surprised when Brunswick came out with the 6 or 7 Star Wars Viz-A-Balls. I wonder how much money went over the counter to produce these balls legally?

I'm not so sure about that last bit.  I can think of at least two HP fans that are bowlers.

I think it'd be pretty cool, but if I were to spend that kind of money on a spare ball, I'd get the Spongebob one.

Yeah, I can't see too many guys out there wanting to be HufflePuffs, but hey, I could be wrong! Maybe Ron, Harry, Hermione, Malfoy, Dumbledore, Vol...he-who-must-not-be-named, Hagrid, Sirius,  and a couple of the cooler professors. Okay, maybe a little overboard there, but definately Sponge Bob!

Brunswick will make the ball, but they need a minimum order of 500 bowling balls.  

I know they always run special promotions, but www.striketenpromo.com has done a lot of different themed bowling leagues.  Maybe you can bring it up to them.  It couldnt hurt to ask.
