I went bowling about a week ago just to practice. Bowling alone, I was moving fairly fast through the games. Sometime during the third game, I developed a sharp pain in my wrist. Since then, the pain has not stopped. I've felt this on every shot I have thrown. In an attempt to help with the pain, I have been wrapping my wrist up with medical tape, so as not to cause as much strain on the wrist. The best thing to solve this, would probably be rest, however that just simply isn't an option
I was considering picking up some sort of a wrist guard to help combat the problem. What does everyone think? If a wrist guard is a good idea...feel free to recommend one. Thanks!
