so we have a 3 man team and we have 5 bowlers

Bob s.
Bob a.
Luke
Tom
gary

i need to come up with a bowling schedule. None of us want to bowl more than 2 weeks in a row if possible 3 weeks at most in a row. Bob a. and tom need to bowl with each other.... i have no clue how to do this can anybody help?
