The new house I am bowling in this year the owner is a
BIG GAMBLER. So to cover a little bit of his passion
he skims $10 a week off the leagues 50/50 money...I would
imagine that it is the same for all leagues. There is an
extra $5K for gambling if it is all the leagues.
Does your propieter do this?? I will never buy another 50/50
ticket there as long as I am bowling there. Would you??
This is a small town league payouts are usually $30-$35 spilt

In every house here, the league, not the house, runs the 50/50 for the league. Why let the house take your money? Duh! 50/50, AFAIK, means 50% for the winner, 50% for the league prize money at the end of the year. They don't call it 45/45/10!!!
