Adding a Sixth Man
« on: November 12, 2003, 02:11:08 AM »
My team captain decides to add a 6th man after the tenth week of bowling.  I feel that if all members of the team are not for it, it can't happen.  She wants to have low man sit out. This is a mixed league, so this affects only the male bowlers on the team.  What are the options regarding this.  It was NEVER stated at any time that there was a sixth man.

All opinions are appreciated!

Usually if its mixed then only one of the opposite sex has to be on the team that night.  When I was the Captain of the Navy Varsity Team here in San Diego, we had the low man sits out.  Getting the team to practice was no problem, the sixth person had to show up anyway in case something happened to another teammate, and if you rally want to bowl, you might concentrate on your bowling a little more then normal, and no Pchee2 sandbagging whiner. It'd be a Leftside left handed whiner.
