Would this help the USBC?

I was jsut looking at another forum asking about powdering in the fingerholes and it prompted me to ponder this...

What if the USBC eliminated the use of lightweight fillers between the core and coverstock of the bowling ball?

Would this not help even things out? It would certainly limit the weight of the core adn thus the effect it could have on ball reaction.

ANy opinions?

The filler material is what they use to change to different weight balls.  How about the people that have to use 12-13-14#.  We would be petty much limited to one or two weights, ie 15-16#.
