Friday Night my team had a guy with a 179 average throw a 300 against us.  Anybody ever have somebody with a lower average throw a 300 against them?

A couple years ago a guy in one of my leagues with a 153 average shot 300, but it wasn't against our team.  After his 11th strike the lane broke down, so he had to wait.  He buried the last one.  Too bad he didn't shoot 600.

First 300 I ever bowled against my team was by a 168avg bowler.  He barely shot a 500 series.  He bowled 300, 98, 105.  After the 300 he couldn't concentrate on bowling at all.

My average was 151 at the time, and it was also my first 600:  207-300-154/661 (I was three pins over average the last game, nerves and all, thankyouverymuch)

my average is around 185, i just shot a 299 on friday night... honesty ive just been on a tear as of late, luckily i didnt let it shake me either shot 258 for the last game for a 763, shot 646 the week before too... i think anyone can have a great night when everything just seems to be clicking..your attitude, the lane conditions, everything.
