No it will not make ur ball lope. Low top weight means that your balll will want to roll early. If you have a ball like for example The Deal, which goes very long and snaps in the back, you would use low top weight to help the ball move earlier. If you have a ball that u buy that has low top weight and you want the ball to go a bit longer, then all that you have to do is use a x-hole on the bottom part of the ball, ur driller shoiuld be able to figure it out where, that would take out bottom weight, increasing top weight, helping your ball get farther down the lane before hooking.,
