Hope you enjoy your time in Japan! My wife's from Tokyo and just did a little Japanese googling. Here are the results, including links to maps (in Japanese, but the hotel concierge should be able to help if you need it) for three places.
1) Round 1 Located near the west exit of Yokohama station. 36 lanes. Street address: 2-8-16, Minami Saiwai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama-shi

2) Hama Bowl E.A.S 5 minutes from the west exit of Yokohama station. From the look of it, Yokohama Bay Sheraton is pretty much about half way from the trains station's west exit to Hama Bowl.
Street address: 2-2-1, Nita Saiwai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama-shi
Hama Bowl is a building with various entertainment stuff in it. The bowling alley is on two floors, 32 lanes. The main web site is:

http://www.hamabowleas.com/access.htmlBoth Hama Bowl and Round 1 should be 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from your hotel.
3) Shinagawa Prince Hotel Bowling CenterThis is the one that you really want to go to for boasting privileges. It's not in Yokohama, but it's just 20 minutes away by train and 2 minutes from the train station once you get there. The bowling center is a separate building behind the hotel.
http://blog.princehotels.co.jp/shinagawa-bowling/access.html The center has 80 lanes and is the venue for the Japan Cup qualifier (which as we all know is the first PBA event of the year, kicking off the season!). Apparently lots of Japan PBA (JPBA) pros on-site.
Reservation tel: 03-5421-7875
To get there, take the JR Tokaido line from Yokohama to Shinagawa.
Hope this helps and that you have fun!
