weight cap (flip cap) on core
« on: July 30, 2010, 08:22:24 AM »
I was wondering which placement of a weight cap creates more flip in a ball.
Cap on the top or bottom of the core?

I am sure there are more variables (like rg and differential) but I am trying to get the most flip out of a tropical heat.  I have seen the reviews of the "fired up" and they sound like that ball is super flippy and angular in the backend. That ball has the same cover as the heat but it has a core with a cap on the top of the core.

Would finding a super long pinned Heat and flipping the core so the cap is on the top create any added flip or angularity ???
