Title: Hoinke
Post by: livespive on April 28, 2004, 05:10:13 PM
I am bowling in the Hoinke This weekend 11:00 AM, and 2:30 PM
and was wondering if anyone else was going to be around at that time?

I am not going this weekend, I am going later in the summer.

I had a few things come up and couldn't go with the squad that I normally go with. They always go in March. BECAREFUL of the approaches. Many of the guys said when they came back the they were slick, and tacky. AND that could very on the same pair of lanes.

Thanks,

We tried it a few years ago and the approaches were very slick (to us)
then on top of that the people that we were following were putting easy slide down.

I've actually thought of going this weekend, seeing as the better half is outta town.  I live in the area, about 30 minutes of western bowl.  Do they still allow walk ons?

Mika won the hoinke in '97...I never knew that

I don't know.
Seeing as you live in the area you could probably call a reserve a spot.
