I drilled up an X-Zone Low for a buddy tonight. The boss won it at a tournament, but since it was 16, he decided to try to sell it. My buddy went up to 16, and wanted a dry lane ball. I recommended the X-Zone, but the boss talked him into a Hot Rod. The Rod is AWESOME, and he's shot great with it since he bought it about 3 weeks ago. Decided he wanted the X-Zone tonight. 1 inch pin, drilled 3x4 for control. Took it out on fresh lanes (at the house that everybody has trouble getting length at no less) and the ball flat doesn't hook. Plastic outhooks it. It's the weirdest thing I've seen since the last time Michael Jackson wore men's clothes (Happy now?!?!). I took it back and weighed it, and the ball is PERFECTLY balanced. No positive or negative sideweight. No finger or thumb weight. Scale read 0 for every way I tried. Lol, but I was right in the end. He wanted a ball for dry lanes, he got one for dry lanes . .

HAH! I don't know ANYBODY now!
Being in adult leagues teaches you many things.
1. You're not on top anymore, but there are a lot more people that suck worse than you do now.
2. The myth about the youths having an easier shot is NOT TRUE. I'd have an entire ring collection if it was.
3. Drunk adults are a lot funnier than drunk youths.
