OK people I found this topic while I was looking for pchee's Bowlers are Cheap thread that 'Bones referred to in his thread this morning.

Take a look and see what ya think.  This post is exactly one year old.  We haven't had a good bashing lately.  
But that's not the point.  You'll see some good natured ribbing in this post and that's what BR is all about.  You'll also see some content removed by webmaster which sure ain't happening now.

And scott, I have around towards the end of this period, and I even miss that little bit of it. It gets really really boring around here now because everyone wants to be politically correct, and never post anything just for the heck of it because poeple will complain that, "thats the reason why BR is going to hell" and all that BS. I dont get it, how come before people were posting the same exact things, and no one said it was going down the drain then????

Read the post.  I did.  The content removed was the language filter they have on there now.  Most were on topic idea's were exchanged.  People used language people could atleast understand and while people may not have agreed everyone got to express themselves and in the end basically agreed to not agree.  Nobody was flamed the topic stayed fairly in line with a few deviations.  We didn't hear about study hall or the hizzle dizzle crap and nobody "shouted" anybody else down.

I agree with card79 on this and that's why I brought this topic back so newbies as well as old ones could see some of the difference at least I think there is.  

Notice posters could disagree and not get so immature and ticked off..even though Lane #1 bashing has always gone on BR.  I say this for the most part.....not always.  For some of you that have never seen pchee at his best...his shot at 'Bones was kinda normal...he poked fun at everyone and everyone knew it.  I wish I could find some shots 'Bones took at Peachless or Peachfuzz as he was known.  
I even asked charlest if he was having a bad day on this topic...even though I knew that the way charlest interacts and posts.  

I thought this might help.
