Alright guys, I know a video would have helped here, but I have no video camera so I'll try to explain what is happening. I have began tugging the ball as of late, and I don't know exactly where it comes from. I had began playing with my span which lead to me having wrist tendon soreness, which according to my driller is because the span is too long. So I shortened up my span, and my wrist feels alot better, so that problem is solved. I opened up in practice with the first 6 in a row, and the ball was rolling well. Then I began tugging the ball inside and missing my mark. It seems that my timing is off, and I'm getting out of my back swing to late. I am debating on changing back to a 4 step approach as this helps correct my timing. I am starting to think I am changing too many things at one time, and now I just don't know what is up! Its like I can't hit my mark half the time, and when I do hit my mark I am now coming out of the ball flat with nothing on it. Before I began having wrist soreness, I had too many revs, now I can't come out of the ball half the time, and the other half I pull the shot. My average has dropped 15 pins and counting!! Someone help:
I am a medium speed (15-17), medium rev player. My equipment is a Rogue Cell, Siege, Wild Thing, and a Linds spare ball. I know it is going to be difficult to diagnose without a video, but any advise or tips to try would be greatly appreciated! I began coming out of the ball flat even before I brought my span back to normal, but after I began feeling soreness in my wrist. Thanks in advance
