Too bad. They had good prices on vise inserts. Mike Ciamba also had good prices but I do not think he is around here anymore.

I bought a ball from Joe in July (last month) and it was delivered PERFECT ..AGAIN!

Spoke to Joe (on-line) yesterday and he made NO MENTION of being OOB!

Telephone is off. I sent him a p.m. about purchasing a couple of balls and some inserts several days ago. No response. Maybe he is out of town.

I know a young man that runs one of the remote pro shops and they are still in business as far as I know. My buddy bought his daughter a ball just last week.

if I remember correctly he had stated some time ago, he was not closing the online business just shying away from it due to the very slim profit margins, and would be devoting more time to his various pro shops where profits were better.

John,

You know a young man.    Funny.

He is still in business as far as I know at this moment.  He has several shops in the area.  I haven't heard anything about him closing at all.  It would be a shock if he did.

This is typical with shops and sites that do not make a profit on items they sell. How can you survive taking losses and/or making $5 profit on something. The people buying your stuff are happy for the time being becasue they are getting stuff so cheap but then they are disapointed when the shop has to shut it's doors...

He probably decided to keep it a hobby and got a real job like most shop these days have to do... Me included!!

I wish Joe the best

Joe is doing fine. He has pro shops in a couple of near by bowling alleys that keep him busy. He still has great deals. Frequent customers get even better deals.

I had Joe drill me a couple pieces over the net once.  I'm left handed, and they came drilled right handed, with my grips switched and everything.  It was funny and he replaced them right away

Nice guy though, always a pleasure to do business with him when I did.
