They Star Trak balls were certainly the best out there at the time in regards to the short oil craze that was big back then.  I still have a white Reactor that I pull out occasionally on some scorched conditions.  Their Enforcers were very progressive, in my opinion, for the time they were out.  Some of these were eventually made by Track Inc. They were not as good as the ones made by Star Trak.

On Edit:  I knew my old Enforcers said Track on them, but it was such a different label, I thought they were still considered Star Trak.  Now I know I was partially correctly since Star Trak did indeed make them.
