Ball Selectors
« on: October 03, 2006, 07:52:27 AM »
Anyone look at the Ebonite ball selector recently?  Put in "light oil" and outside angles and guess what pops up???  The Infinite One?!?!  As a matter of fact, ANY angle and ANY oil condition give the infinite one as the first choice...   Somehow I don't think a 500 grit sanded ball would be my first choice for playing oitside lines on light oil conditions....

LOL  That's what I was thinking.. Pimp the Infinite One... I think if you scroll down through the page, it lists most of their current line equipment in some fashon, no particular order, especially to the conditions/line you have selected.  I hope this is an error of some sort (or something temporary while they update the selector)...

BTW, Storm does the same thing on their website.

Agreed! I put higher rev, slow speed, advanced, 201 plus average and it told me a Tropical was the best choice for heavy oil followed by a Thunderstruck Pearl lol. Im glad I have more common knowledge to know this isnt true.

Btw... Just looked at it again to see what else it would do:

PARADIGMâ„¢ DOMINATIONâ„¢
Experience Level: Expert
Current Average: 201 and Higher
Ball Speed: Slower
Rev Rate: Faster
Axis of Rotation: High
Lane Condition: Light

That definitly isn't true lol
