How many games do you practice a week..

Since during the week I am busy and really dont have time for league because of my schedule I practice about 15 to 20 games on the weekend since the games are 99cents..  Starting to think this I might be over doing it because my right thigh and knee start becoming lazy and I dont have that push..

Over the course of 7 days, about 50+ games in 3-5 different centers.

practice is always good but doing a lot of games back to back is not.  I practice often but normally only 6 games or maybe 9.  I like to bowl practice in sets of three like in league.  Also each set I focus on something I want to improve in my game.  Weather it being trying out a new ball, new release, or new approach.    There's always something to get better.  I will do this the day before league or in the morning hours the day of.
The most is about 12-15 during the whole week in two different sessions, days.
