HYBRID COVERSTOCKS

Anyone seen the full page add in BTM for Hybrid coverstocks coming soon?
I realise its hype for next month but who does it belong to, anyone heard any rumors?

Thats Lane#1 new trademarked coverstock. PK18 blended with Activator. It is also on their website.

Just curious, I thought I might had over looked the MFGS name in the ad but after looking several times I gave up. Thought it might have been Columbia, since they are the leader in the ball a month club.

Bob there is no guess work involved Ritchie who is Mr. Buzzsaw on lane#1 forums has said it reactive resin coverstock made of Pk18 and Activator no particle or anything involved my friend.

But these are not really hybrids or they're all hybrids.
99.99999% of all covers are now resin.
Activator, Accelerator, G00, M80, Mach-1, Monsoon, "enhanced" are all resin.
If any of them have particles, then they are considered particles. 1% load,2% load, 5% load, pearlized, whatever; they are particles.

This "hybrid" is a load of propaganda, Madison Avenue (if anyone knows what that is) BS, as far as I can see. Let the public decide what they like based on their buying dollar.
