Title: How do I change my pap?

My pap has changed to 3 7&8 over 1/8 up.  I know this comes from the release, but what release changes can I make to move the pap over?  If more info is needed, let me know.

Low PAP's are sometimes caused by turning your hand early.  Concentrate on leading with your ring finger.  Don't worry about lifting/turning too late.  Your hand will know when to do it's job.
