How do I deal with this??
« on: August 22, 2009, 06:06:39 AM »
So this is my story...

I went to go practice one thursday afternoon with my brand new Bedlam, Full Swing, and Freeze. I bowled a few games, I would say three or four, and I looked down at my Full Swing (the one I was throwing most), and there were about 10 small but deep gashes surrounding the ball. There were a few on the Bedlam and Freeze but not as much as the Full Swing. These balls were brand new and it kind of ticks me off that the lane screwed them up. I know they can resurface my bowling balls, but the gashes are so deep that they would be taking a lot out of the ball in order to remove the scratches completely.

What would you do if you were in my situation???

They are in my track. So what your saying I should just do nothing and let this bowling alley get away with screwing up my brand new bowling balls?

See if you can get them replaced. A center replaced my threat after the rack came down on the track

One issue I can see arising is that you didn't say anything the day it happened, at least I got the impression you didn't.  The center may say that could have happened somewhere else for all they know.  It wouldn't hurt to talk them though I suppose.

Well I did show them that day but they didn't say much. I will have to go chat with the owner.
