interchangeable soles
« on: November 15, 2004, 06:04:38 AM »
I have a question for all of you guys with shoes that have interchangeable shoes: How many of you actually change the soles/heels more than once every 2-6 months? I'll tell you, I thought that they were a very good idea and that I would benifit from them, but since I've gotten my abs' last year, I have rarely changed anything, and in fact, even with bowling in 8 different houses, with different types of approaches, have still stayed with the same sole/heel combination. So I ask you guys, how often do you find that you actually utilize this feature on shoes?

Also I have found with the ABS shoes that if you are on very slick approaches there isn't a heel or sole that will stop you.   We just reserfaced our lanes and approaches and if you have just a little weight forward you will fall over. It is actually a very good training tool so I don't mind all that much.
