Slightly Loose Fingertip?

My middle finger fingertip is just a touch loose. How do you guys typically fix something like this. Just a simple small piece of tape on the inside of the hole?

Drillers will sometimes NOT put any glue on the top half of the grips.  This will allow you to insert a shim (use a small strip of cardboard, some guys use  some cut up plastic straws) to tighten up the finger tip hole a touch.

Hope that helps, and good luck.

Ah, yes,I think he did leave the top of the grips unglued, so that would work well. I'd definitely prefer to make the hole tighter without altering its "feel" with tape. Thanks.
