DONT DO IT. I had one back in the day. Tried a little polish on it, and it killed my ball. Not sure exactly what polish did to it, but it became the worlds ugliest spare ball for me.

If I need more shape down lane than this is the wrong ball period.

Some of the grabbiest heavy oil covers of all time seem to be rendered ineffective with polish. I heard the Riptide, Tombstone, and Midnight Scorcher become duds when they are polished.
