down the lane do you look when throwing the bowling ball. I was always taught to look at the arrows, but my friend, who is a very accomplished bowler, says that he never looks closer than 40 ft. When I try to look down the lane, I lose all my revs. The closer I look, the more I get on the ball.

To tell you the truth, I look very close. I look even closer than the dots. It's easier for me to hit something closer to me than to hit something farther away, like the arrows.

I personally look at the arrows. But I know a few people that will look at the dots. My coach will actually look at the arrows but if she wants a different reaction, she will look at the dots.

To me it is a personal feeling. Just go with what works for you.

BOWLING IS FUN NO MATTER WHAT YOU SCORE. BUT A 300 IS ALWAYS NICE.

STRIKE ZONE, ONSLAUGHT & PYRO. STAND 22 AND THROW 10 OUT TO 5 AND CRUSH THE POCKET. AT LEAST THAT IS THE PLAN OF THE NIGHT...

GOOD LUCK AND GOOD BOWLING!!!

i tend to reach towards what im aiming at.  If the lanes r flooded, i look at the dots, or closer.  Normal conditions i look at the arrows, & if its really dry i look way down lane, sometimes evne at a reflection of the 3 or 6 pin.

When looking down lane, my revs go down, & i tend to "push" the ball a lot further.
