So how fast is your first ball, your spare ball, and how hard have you actually thrown a bowling ball before?

Fastest recorded speed so far was for the fun of it to break the 30 km/h barrier, and it was with a conventional grip polyester ball at 20mph and no true aiming.

Avg spare ball speed is 20-21mph.
Fastest I ever threw a ball was 28mph (pocket 7-10, slightly upset, missed both pins)

well, we dont have any speed meters here, but the hardest i've chucked the rock is 24mph IIRC.
if i had to guess, since going back to 5-steps, my ball speed is about 17 on average.

According to Qubica average ball speet at the pins is 15 - 16 mph. Those are both for the strike ball.
I never really paid attention to the spare ball, but I'd guess it is about the same. I don't do anything differently except roll straight at the spares.

While messing around ive thrown the ball as fast as 29MPH, right off the gutter to the 1-3 pocket. Insane pin carry with that kind of speed.

My fastest has been 31 mph. All this on Qubica scoring.

First ball averages between 16-22 MPH depending on conditions. Usually sits around 19-21 lately though.
Spares average between 22-23 MPH
Hardest I've been able to chuck a spare ball was 24.32 MPH
