My question is are sneakers legal under USBC to use in league play.  It seems there are a lot of younger bowlers that walk into the center with sneakers on and bowl, go outside to smoke when it's raining and right back to the approach.  There has been many complaints on this topic in my local centers and I'm having problems finding an answer.  Thanks in advance.
