In good faith, I ordered two balls from a seller on here more than six weeks ago, paying the entire bill via PayPal. I received one ball the next week, and was told the other ball would be shipped when it back in stock in about two weeks.
I waited a month and wrote asking about the status of the ball. I was told that the order got misplaced, and the ball would be shipped that Monday.
As of now, it's been 9 business days since that Monday, and I still have no ball, which only had to cross two state lines in shipping. My most recent e-mails have gotten no reply except that the person was away for the weekend and would reply on this past Monday. Another e-mail sent two days ago has also received no response.
I want to believe this person is an upstanding seller, but I'm getting a bit frustrated by the lack of response and the lack of a new bowling ball in my possession. So, my question is, how long do I wait before I open discussions about the transaction with PayPal?
