How Many 300 In One League Night

During our league on Tuesday, we had three guys bowl 300. We have a total of 16 five men teams. First time its ever happened. Most weeks no one throws a 300. What is the most 300 thrown during your men's league and how many bowlers are in the league??

To my knowledge, we haven't even had more than one in a league in a season, much less multiple 300s in one night.  Came close, once.  During a roll-off a few years ago, one guy shot 300, another a few pairs away had the front 10.  We were wondering who would blink first.

We had three in the first 2 games of our travel league a few stops ago and then 1 more in the second set game 5 I think. We had had 3 all year and then go 4 in 1 day at a house not know for alot of 300.

In one league we had two shot on the same pair on the same team back to back games (12 team 4 man team league.)  In a league I sub in there was a night of 2-300's a 299 and 7 279's - Trios - 18 teams...  So I have seen something like this before, but I tell you that both leagues have had very few 300's compaired to prior years...

I bowled in a 4 man league with about 16 teams and there were 8 300's in one night.

I think the big scratch league had 5 in one night once, several years ago.

Same league, different night, my teammate and I both went front 10. I blinked first - 288. He shot 299.

Don't recall ever seeing or hearing of this happening in our house. Heck there has only been 1 tossed in our Tuesday Men league. The owner is a very competitive bowler himself, so he don't like an easy shot. I've seen him struggle to reach a 6 at times. lol

In five years of bowling in the same league, there has only been one 300 shot (by my teammate last season).  Our league has had between 7 and 11 5-man teams over that five year period.  In the Sport League I bowled in last season, no one sniffed 300...high game for the season was in the 260s (10 four-man teams).

In our mens league this year (22-5 man teams) there was only 1-300 and in our Mixed league this year (22-4 person) there was 1-300 game.  We had some 279 and 289's and I had a partner run the front eleven only to leave a stone 10 for a 299.

4 in a mixed youth match play league. It is the most competative youth league in MN though...
