ABC Elite 800 ring question

Does this ring have a diamond in it? (the 10K purple stone ring), or is it a CZ?

I was told if its a 10k or 14k gold ring, the stone is real..

I have an 800 elite ring and the stone looks real to me. I have never had it checked but it looks good..
