How many free balls have you got in a weeks time??

Yup the subject line asks the question. How many have you all got in a weeks time? Me, 3 in a week. Ebonite The One, Brunswick Vapor Zone, and Brunswick Power Groove Reactive all 15#.

Most ever would be 8 when I originally signed to Regional Staff. I was able to pick the 8, so I chose a case of Original Infernos and I don't remember the rest. Still have 3 OI's.

Now the question should be. How many of the handouts you've received have you returned the favor for ? Did you help a fellow bowler out of kindness ? Or do you try to get some extra on the side with them ?

I've received 1, I gave that to my wife, and I've given 5 away.

I've lost count of how many balls I've given away actually.  My dad and I have probably given away a combined total of at least a dozen balls to friends and co-workers.

I thought this post was about NIB comp balls sorry i read it wrong, i have given away over 15 to youth bowlers at one shot. Not many young kids use 15 and 16 lbers though, i am willing to donate to any youth program for a tax deduction slip and they pay shipping.

The times i have answered a post for donation balls, the posters must seem to think that is too much to ask for shipping to be covered.

2, both won in raffles. I won a Storm Trauma, which I gave to my stepdad, because it was a 15, and I was throwing 13 at the time, then a AMF Phantom or something? I don't honestly remember what it was, but I traded it in to the pro shop and got a white dot for my dad in return.

1.  I won the Visionary monthly contest somehow a few years back and picked up the Blue Sparkle Gryphon.  

I think my local shop should comp me a ball with as many Cells as I have sold for them to bowlers in the area.

I give away 2-3 balls a year to the youth program my dad runs every year. I have 3 balls right now that are ready for charity at the end of the season. With the promise that they donate their lighter ball to another youth bowler in need. So I do give to the ones that might need a ball or 2 when I am not using something.

I have only gotten one ball for free.  That was a used Columbia White Dot because a youth bowling coach that I coach with saw that I needed a plastic ball to throw 10 pins at since I was missing a large percentage with my reactive ball.  He had a used 15# that he was not using, so he said that I can have it.  I really did appreciate the kind donation because it has improved.

I plan to give the Hammer bowling balls that I have to the youth program that I coach since I've been using Brunswick exclusively.

If I got a bowling ball for free, I would probably raffle it to support the youth program that I coach, or give it to a youth bowler that really needed a new ball and could not afford one.  I'd keep it if it was something that I needed in my arsenal.
