It just needs sanded and touched up, thats all. It clearly states that in the description.

When I bought my center in Oklahoma it had a ?Pro Shop?.  It was medieval at best.  I watched a guy in there take 80 grit sandpaper to resurface a ball on a spinner made from an old washing machine.  He took all the markings completely off.  But the plug jobs were the worst.  One ball when I got there was plugged with silicone and soft???  None of the balls had any color to the plugs and if they did they didn't match.  They used Testors model paint on them.  Really really sad.  I was told the quality of the job that was done was based on the amount of beer bought for and consumed by the operator.

I've seen worse too, such as getting a plug back that did not fully harden.  That was an interesting case.
