I don't bench, really no need. I only do dumbbell work these days. I've been doing it for almost 15 yrs now. Bench is more of a powerlifting movement. It really doesn't do much of the physic. Dumbbells give you much better shape and since I'm into bodybuilding, that's a little more what I'm interested in. I'm 5'8", 180, 11%bf as of now, but I haven't started my diet yet. In a couple of months I'll have my bodyfat down to around 5%.
