BR Site Labor Day Outage
« on: September 05, 2011, 01:26:33 PM »
Wow, what a weekend.

Friday night, something in the operating system got corrupted.  No clue what.  All that would appear was the "Blue Screen of Death". Anyhow, we had to reload the operating system and reconfigure the entire server.  You may have seen the IIS7 message -- that is the default screen that comes up when a server is a fresh install.

Everything should be at 100% now.  If you are still having any kind of issues, go into the settings of your internet browser and try deleting your cookies and temporary internet files.  That should fix it.

Time to get some sleep now..........

Thank you
Most of us appreciate the time and effort that had to go into cleaning  up this mess.

I agree with charlest. I'm sure it's a huge headache to keep the site in good order and us idiots in line. Thanks
