How old were you when you first shot your first 700?

I figured I should ask this to measure myself up to some of the bowlers on this website. I do not do this because I think I am better than anybody. I just am curious. I was 12 when I had my first 700. My games were 198,235,278. Then When I was 13 I had a 729 and 736 in practice. Finally, yesterday I shot my second 709 in my youth league. I shot 279,175,255. I was using a Triple Threat for the first game and 8 frames in the 2nd. Then I made a change to my Element Au79 in the 9th. In the third game I go front 8 and then a pocket 5-7 which I was pretty ticked about b/c they were left wiggling.

I shot my first one last wed. night in league. Went 221...279...227 for a 727 and I'm currently 25. That felt great but I'm sure an 800 or 300 would feel even better

Shot my first 700 when I was 19. 700 and first 300 on same night with a WHITE DOT! In 1984 I think.

I was 19 when I shot my first 700. I had been bowling in competitive leagues for 13 years. This happened 4 months after getting my first urethane bowling ball, a Blue Hammer. Shot it in my Sunday night mixed league back home after an intense 2 hour practice at school.

I finally shot my first, 702, about 4 weeks ago, I'm 27 and have been back bowling seriously for about 4 years.

1970 with a rubber 14-1/2 pound generic ball from a Sears store! Fiesta Lanes in Hayward, CA.
Yep - they had walled up houses even back then! I rarely ever broke 600 in a bowling alley with a tough shot.

I'm 16, bowling since I was 11, once a week. Am yet to get a 700. Sigh. I don't bowl often enough. The only thing I can be proud of is 290 with a spare ball.

I was a late bloomer for as much as I bowled. Also during my 18th year of living is when I switched to NOTHUMB fulltime. It helped my scores slightly. LOL

600 - 18 - Red Gyro 1(Urethane) - 1984-85 season
700 - 21 - Red Gyro 1
299 - 21 - Red Gyro 1(not the same night)
300 - 28 - Red Hammer/R
800 - 30 - Blue Aftershock
