I got a flip camera and started recording every shot I make during league, the good, the bad, the flatout ugly. This way I can go back and look through everything, see the feet differences, the hand motion, everything. My general "quirk," is that I like to try to put too much in the ball, or I take too much out. Basically overadjusting with the shot.
In other words, using a camera to watch yourself is a good idea.
If I'd done this sooner in the year I'd be averaging higher, seeing as I've been shooting 690+ since I did this.
