Chris Barnes mentioned on the PBA show that he needed a little more tilt to carry the 10 pin. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounded like he wanted to increase his tilt to add a little length, so the ball would hit harder on the back end. It looks like you can change your tilt by cocking your wrist and leaving it that way even after release. I normally cock my wrist, but then I uncock it at release and lower my tilt. I find it difficult to repeat if I simply think "don't uncock" at release. I am looking for something to do at setup that should trigger this change.
