How many balls do you bring to your league?  I have an arsenal of 4 balls that I bring to my tough/sport pattern league.  My league changes the shot every 4 weeks and use 4 patterns through out the season.  

arsenal reactive(heavy oil/med heavy)
animal (heavy oil/med heavy)
arsenal angular (med to light oil)
desert heat(dry to light oil)

Each ball gives me a differnt look (break points) on the lane.  This is the first time I have ever had such a complete arsenal.  With the layouts and these balls I can cover almost anything that the lane man throws out.  

What's in your arsenal?

Two.  Red pin zone classic and plastic.  I'm forcing myself to become good (or at least better) at playing straight up the lane.  Versatility is the goal...

6 in my car, 4 into the bowling alley:

Total Shock and Awe (4000 Abralon)
Smokin Inferno (1000 Abralon w/Rough Buff)
Raging Inferno (4000 Abralon)
Target Zone

In car (for when we get stuck on 1-2):
Zone Classic Red Pin (2000 Abralon)
Power Groove Teal/Purple (1000 Abralon)

Been starting with the Total then either going straight to the Raging in the late 2nd/early 3rd game. Depending how the shot reacts from week to week I usually rotate in my Absolute/Ultimate as well.

I bring 4 but usually only use 2.

Usually only three to league.

Ultimate Inferno-1000grit for heavier
Absolute Inferno- OOB for medium and +
Backyard Bully- OOB for medium lite
Trooper- OOB for medium lite and -

It's a tradeoff between the Ultimate and the Backyard. REally dont see the need for both of em.

In my locker I have an Absolute Inferno, an original Inferno, a CrunchTime and a spare ball. The OI is used about 90% of the time. On occasion, I will bring a ball from home just to see if they may work and better or any different than what I have. Last week, I took my Freak. It went in the bag after one frame. I currently have an Animal waiting to be drilled.
