hi,
will be travelling for a working trip for a few months,
is there any specific way to keep the ball?
as in to prevent it from moulding as i found out that sometimes if i do not bowl a ball for some time mould like things form on the coverstock, but easily got rid of when cleaned with a ball cleaner.
but this time round my trip expected to be 3 months or so,so need advice in keeping it clean
thanks

Mold probably wouldn't form if you just cleaned the balls normally before storing them. Mold forms on the dirt left on the ball, in the presence of humidity, not on the ball itself.
Any good bowling ball specific cleaner should work. If you use a household degreaser, follow it with a cleaning with household alcohol to remove any leftover film.
Also remove all tape from inside the holes. The adhesive will soften and will be very messy to remove when you return. Then clean inside the holes with an adhesive remover like Goo Gone or acetone or similar.
