Former host to the Brunswick World Open, Brunswick Zone Glendale Heights, IL is about to lose our mens league due to a large reduction in overall value for our money. Problems include lack of maintenance, attention to problems, and large price increases/reduction in benefits.
So bad today in our league we so frustrated waiting for service on ball return calls that a couple of time our own league members ran to the back to FIX THE PROBLEM OURSELVES!!!
The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks too. (Puddles of pee on the floor, "snot" on the walls, garbage on the floor, etc.) So disgusting that I chose to hold it in and do my business at home.
Don't they know that there are several other independent centers in the area that would love to have our business? Next season one of them will. Bye-bye Bowlmor.
