I'd say: start with your timing. You start moving with your feet well before you start the pushaway, and this phenomenon is an issue all the way until you recah the foul line. You do not have a slide, you are already standing there, waiting for the ball. Even though your delivery does not look hurried, I bet that this synchronisity problem causes you to "force" the pendulum, which results in a weak delivery - because you hang onto the ball too long, which causes you to come around it more than wanted. That's what I'd say from this single shot video.
My advice: try to synchronise the pushaway and the inital step. It is not much of a difference, but you should try to have a sliding foot just a moment before the ball arrives in the pendulum's lowest point at the forward swing, where you should release it. In fact, it is a split second delay of the swing, and let its momentum dictate the stance of your feet, not vice versa. Relax and let gravity rule
