Last night by 6th or 7th frame of the second game I encountered a lane condition I can't remember bowling on before. The lanes began the night pretty heavily oiled with a long pattern, even the crankers were having a little trouble turning the corner. I was playing straight up 5 with a Throttle and slower than normal speed (normal being 16-17).
By the 5th frame of the 2nd game the throttle was hooking at my feet, no matter where I moved to, the heads were gone but the back ends were still plenty wet. I switched to a Black Cherry Bomb but it wasn't much better. I ended up switching to my Cherry Bomb, which got through the heads OK but there was not much in the back, the pattern/carrydown was still too heavy. I bowled 600 on the nose, about 30 pins or so under my average, so that was Ok considering I felt like I was fighting the lanes all night. I'm not sure that I can loft the ball like Mika, but what else might you have tried?

a fall out shot with heavy oil bowling ball such as your throttle.

Saw,
Both the Throttle and BCB were clearly burning up. I have the CB highly polished and it didn't seem to be hooking at my feet, it appeared to clear the heads. With the first 2 balls I went about as deep as 20 out to 10, 20 out to 15 also. Missed right with first, through nose with second.
I had an Emerald with me but didn't try it because I didn't really think that the CB was having any trouble clearing the heads, maybe I should have given it a shot.
Bowlerstyle- what do you mean by a fallout shot?
