Looking for manufacturer of a certain grip...
« on: December 23, 2008, 03:11:49 AM »
I recently picked up a box full of assorted grips. Included was one thin-walled grip (required a 7/8 bit, I think) that had a smallish bump on the inside front.  I put it in a ball I recently drilled and really like the feel.  Does anyone know who makes this type of grip?

Thanks!

Looks like it's the Vise silicon inserts.  Thanks!

They are "miss" grips around the industry, originally made for woman in order to get the softer feel in smaller sized grips as opposed to the regular sized grips which have about 3/8 thickness of rubber.  Vise makes these I'm not positive it other companies do, but i would imagine they all have a certain version of them.  Try going to the vise and turbo websites to see if you can find a match.
