WOW! I'm messed up!

Today I went out to bowl a game with my daughter and I taped myself in the process.  Boy I am messed up on my swing.  Two flaws that I noticed right off hand are I drop my right shoulder and during my swing my arm goes from straight to bent back to straight and upon release it bends again!  It looks horrible.  

One thing I would like to ask you people is how do you keep your arm straight as possible without buying an elbow brace.  Also how do you keep from dropping your shoulder.  I will post a video as soon as possible.

The only way I can think of to describe it is to pretend like your reaching for something thats too far to get, and your arm is stretched out trying to get it.
