Still in business?
I placed an order 9/13...Nothing as of yet.
I'm not in a hurry, but they nirmally ship within a couple of days. I've emailed 3-4 times, no response...Phone call, got a machine...No return call.

Just wondering?

I have ordered numerous times from Doug.
Great online store to order from....

I've called and left messages twice.
Emailed 4 times no response.
I put in a claim with Paypal...
Maybe I'll get a response through them.
Never had a problem with them?

I received a PM from a BR member, who lives in Cincinnati.
He said they are moving their pro shop and having some problems.

They should have returned my phone calls, or answered my emails, though.
