Well first off, your baby'ing the ball. Let it fall naturally, I can see your muscling it. Second, bend your knee more, get lower. Though to do this you will have to kick your balance leg farther out because it looks like your going to hit your balance leg on your slide leg.

I don't think he's muscling it. His backswing would probably be higher if he was. You look rather smooth. Speed is kind of low, but how well is this working for you now? Give us some info on yourself.

I'm 6'2". Knee bend is my enemy. I try to stay down in my shot. Not always successful though. I have slow ball speed. Seems like I'm a senior already. I plan on increasing my ball speed and side rotation. I have to get a better fit on my ball first.

Definately!!

Also, if you want to attain more side roll, stay BEHIND the ball throughout the release. You are coming out of the ball on the side, kinda like a spinner release. Stay behind the shot and you will get more side roll. Knee bend is tough, especially if you are tall. I recommend only bending to what you are comfortable with. If you are comfortable now, stick with it. As for ball speed, try getting the ball higher in your stance. For instance, if you start with the ball at waist level now, try starting up near your chest and let it fall from there. Give that a try and see how it works. Good Luck.
