Hello,
Three idea's that have helped me. I'm not an expert but these have helped me not "fight" the lanes and game.
1-One ball at a time, one frame at a time, and ignore the score until it's necessary to look-then focus on the frame.
2-take advantage of what the lane gives you, don't try and make the lane do what YOU want it too.
3-Don't be afraid to make adjustments on the lane. I believe one of the dumbest idea's out there is to create an arsenal where you stand in one place. I'd imagine you'd need to buy everything in a pro shop to have this work, even then, you're going to run into situations where you have to move. To cover spares you have to move, why is it so horrible to move on the strike ball?
Just my thoughts. Again I'm not an expert but I have to work awful hard to be a decent bowler, these idea's have helped me immensely.
